Gypsy Granny with Claire
Gail with her Granddaughter
Claire & Parents Bronwyn and Jeff
My birthday was on the 7th. This lasted a
week as I had tea with my grandson Jacob
on Wednesday night, Thursday I went to Walton
and picked up Janet Wine and went to Hamilton
for a day out, having lunch with Adell, visited
Janet and Bill's 2 month old granddaughter,
had tea with Casey and Adell. Visited Janet's
sister Gayle at Gordonton well we called
but she was not home. Arrived back at Walton
at 9pm. Tired but had had a good day together.
Friday I went with Janet and bill to Matamata
had morning tea with Pam and Paul Paynter.
Met Peggy and Darcy in Morrinsville for lunch.
Cass Sutton came to tea at Bill and Janet's.
Headed home (Thames) Saturday morning and
Janine and family came down and we all went
down to the Grahams Town Markets, walked
to MacDonald's for lunch, Jacob's shout.
Then rounded off a good extended birthday
with tea at the RSA on Sunday night with
friends and sisters Peggy and Fay and their
husbands listening to Joy Adams. I had such
a good 69th birthday I have made it my 70th
so I don't need one next year (NOTE from
web designer: That's what she thinks).
Went to Whangarei to see Claire, Bronwyn
and Jeff's new baby, Gail's first grandchild.
Calling into see Dorothy and Barry at Waipu,
stayed a night with Margaret Neal at Port
Albert and visited Heather Searle in Warkworth.
My grandchildren stayed with me for the Pohutukawa
festival riding the trains and shopping for
Christmas.
